Shower problems can involve the shower fitting, water supply or hot water system. Tell us if other taps are affected, whether temperature changes suddenly and whether the problem developed gradually. A shower replacement should be compatible with the existing arrangement rather than chosen on appearance alone. Pipework repairs range from an accessible loose connection to a damaged section hidden behind a panel. If a leak is active, safely isolating the water can limit damage while help is arranged. Keep clear of water near electrical equipment. Where access is needed, we discuss it before proceeding and clarify the scope, including whether decorative making-good falls outside the plumbing job rather than allowing you to assume it is included.

The minimum charge is £90 + VAT including the first hour on site, and bigger jobs receive a fixed, no-obligation price so you can decide before committing to that work.
