Ted was available very quickly after I first enquired came round and discussed a clear plan with us following his assessment of the system and the problem. Undertook the full job less than a week later over the course of two days. Everything works seamlessly and there were no issues at any point in the job. He was extremely tidy and conscientious, and is friendly and professional. Most impressive, is Ted installed a Hive smart heating system which three different companies have tried and failed to do since we moved in to our house two years ago - all citing it was too complicated. Ted solved it first time and it’s working perfectly. We are delighted with the work, and would recommend Ted and Pro Plumbers to anyone looking for plumbing support.

Arrived on time, worked really hard and explained all of the work. They also left everything clean and tidy when they had finished. We had minimum disruption while the work was being done and the end result is much better than our old system.

Google2026-04-20“Following a recommendation from my neighbour, I called Pro Plumbers and spoke to Dave regarding my boiler which had broken down. Within a few hours Sam arrived and proceeded to give me an honest assessment on the boiler’s condition. Based on his findings it was apparent that the best way forward would be to replace it .
Sam spent time advising me on the options available, recommending we fit the replacement outside, something I hadn’t considered.
This would involve a considerable amount of work , rerouting new pipework which he undertook over 3 days. Throughout the work he talked me through what he was doing and why. He also made the changes needed to the whole plumbing system within the house, which would reduce ongoing fuel costs and significantly increase the efficiency of both the hot water and heating .
Sam ‘s extensive knowledge and quality of workmanship was apparent throughout the job . On completion of the work he spent time explaining the workings of the new system and told us to call him should we need assistance with anything in the future.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam and the team at Pro Plumbers to anyone in need of a reliable , professional plumbing and heating service.”

Any concerns I may have had quickly subsided with the professionalism that was shown from start to finish. After my enquiry Ted came round to inspect the work that needed to be carried out which was fairly extensive, removing an old boiler and pipe work and fitting a new boiler with all the required new pipe work. When he arrived he was meticulous in everything he did, he worked hard, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. After the work was finished he left everything incredibly clean and tidy. Ted is a credit to the Company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Definitely my go to Plumbers”

Google2026-01-07“Very positive experience with Pro Plumbers – professional, responsive, and available to start work at short notice. My boiler broke down during a cold spell, and the previous plumber neither fixed nor replaced it, instead making silly excuses or ignoring me. After about a week of freezing, I contacted Pro Plumbers on Friday evening. David responded within about 30 minutes and arranged an appointment with one of his engineers for the next day.
On Saturday morning, Sam visited and provided a quote, stating that they would be ready to start work on Monday. Just to be sure, I also saw two more installers, but eventually decided to go with Pro Plumbers.
Sam did a fantastic job. He replaced a combi boiler with integrated storage, which was not really suitable for a property of this size, with a regular boiler and a cylinder, adjusting the pipework and installing all the required infrastructure. Importantly, he replaced an external condensate boiler pipe with a suitable one (the previous plumber had installed a non-compliant pipe – its diameter was too small – so it froze and eventually damaged the boiler).”

The process from start to finish was super easy and they kept us in the loop of how everything would work during the re fit. It only took 2 days from start to finish and we were so happy with the result. They were professional, friendly and did an amazing job as we now have much improved water pressure and heating system as they also installed us a new hive.
Teddy came back a few weeks later to rip out our bathroom and fit a new shower, toilet and sink. He also built an extra wall to fit the shower which went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more grateful for his hard work. We are over the moon with our new bathroom!
